1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically prepared and processed within approximately 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

During periods of high demand, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may occasionally require additional time.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

2. Shipping & Delivery Estimates

After shipment, most orders are delivered within approximately 10–20 business days depending on destination and carrier conditions.

We currently offer flat-rate worldwide shipping starting from USD $5.99. Final shipping costs are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

3. Unexpected Shipping Delays

Occasionally, delays may occur due to customs inspections, weather disruptions, transportation limitations, carrier issues, or other factors outside our control.

We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding if shipping takes longer than estimated.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please note that tracking information may require several days before updates become visible within the carrier system.

5. Why Did My Order Arrive Separately?

Orders containing multiple products may occasionally ship in separate packages from different fulfillment centers.

This allows items to arrive faster whenever possible.

Separate tracking emails may be sent for each package shipped.

6. Order Changes & Corrections

If you need to update your shipping address, phone number, product variant, color, size, or quantity, please contact our support team immediately after placing your order.

We strongly recommend contacting us within 12 hours of purchase whenever possible.

We recommend contacting your local delivery provider directly using your tracking number for the fastest resolution.

Please note that we are not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect shipping information or failure to collect the package from the carrier.

8. Delayed Tracking Updates

Shipping activity may occasionally pause temporarily between transit checkpoints.

If your tracking information has updated within the past 7 days, your shipment is usually still moving normally through the logistics network.

If there have been no updates for more than 7 business days, please contact our support team and we will investigate the issue further.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package appears to be lost during transit, our team will work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment status.

If the carrier officially confirms the package as lost in transit, we may offer a replacement order depending on the situation.

Please note that once tracking confirms a successful delivery to the provided shipping address, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate the package, we recommend checking with neighbors, household members, apartment management, or the local carrier first.

10. Shipping Destinations & Fulfillment Locations

HomeTrendNest ships to many countries worldwide.

In rare situations where shipping is unavailable to a specific destination, customers will be notified as soon as possible.

Orders may ship from fulfillment centers or manufacturing partners located in regions such as the United States, Canada, Australia, Europe, or Asia depending on inventory availability and logistics efficiency.

  • Shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or other external events beyond our control.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT charges, or related fees imposed by local authorities.
  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
  • We are not liable for packages lost or returned due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
