How do I use a discount code?

Applying a coupon code is simple:

  • Add your desired products to the cart.
  • Click "PAY WITH DEBIT/CREDIT CARD" to continue to checkout.
  • On mobile devices, tap "Show order summary" to reveal the discount code field.
  • On desktop, the code box will appear on the right side of the checkout page.
  • Enter your code and continue payment with PayPal or your card.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard worldwide shipping is generally USD $5.99. Shipping rates may vary depending on destination and ongoing promotions. The exact shipping cost will always be shown during checkout before payment is completed.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. hometrendnest ships worldwide. We work with multiple fulfillment partners globally, and orders are typically shipped from the warehouse closest to your location for faster delivery.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery time is usually between 10–20 business days after your package has been processed and dispatched.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package using websites such as 17track.net.

Why hasn’t my tracking updated?

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to refresh after shipment confirmation. It is also normal for tracking updates to pause temporarily while packages move between logistics hubs.

Why did my order arrive in separate packages?

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately from different warehouses. This helps reduce delivery times. Each package will receive its own tracking number via email.

Order Changes & Cancellation

Can I update my shipping address or contact information?

Please contact us immediately at support@hometrendnest.com using the subject line: "Urgent: Address Change"

Please include:

  • Your Order Number (example: 188SHOP-112938)
  • Your Order Email
  • Your updated shipping information

We will try our best to update your order before fulfillment begins. Once shipped, modifications may no longer be possible.

Can I modify the items in my order?

If you need to change product variants, quantities, or colors, please email us as soon as possible at support@hometrendnest.com with the subject: "Urgent: Order Change"

Please provide:

  • Your Order Email
  • The exact changes requested

Requests can only be completed before the order enters fulfillment.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders that have not yet shipped may still be canceled. Please note that a small handling fee may apply. Once an order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

Account & Communication

I didn’t receive my order confirmation email.

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot locate the email, contact us at support@hometrendnest.com with the email address used during checkout so we can help locate your order.

I haven’t received a tracking number yet.

Tracking details are normally sent within 1–2 business days after your order has been processed. If it has been longer, please check your spam folder and then contact us for assistance.
